Colet Navazos Extra Brut Reserva has been bottle every year since the 2006 vintage. Latest release, 2018 vintage, was disgorged in October, 2022.
Starting with the 2019 vintage, the wine changes its name, losing the Extra Brut name and becoming Colet Navazos Brut Nature Reserva. Under this new name, the 2019, 2020 and 2021 vintages have been put on the market, the last of which was disgorged in 2025.
Colet Navazos Extra Brut Reserva are sparkling wines under the appellation Penedés produced according to the traditional (champenoise) method of secondary fermentation in bottle, starting with base wines sourced from Colet vineyards. The southern presence is felt in the secondary fermentation and especially in the use of different dosage wines.
COLET-NAVAZOS RESERVA 2011 Extra Brut has undergone a long ageing period of 41 months. Bone-dry, it has virtually no residual sugar. The base wine is 100% Chardonnay coming from the own vineyards of Colet in the hills of the Penedés, and the southern contribution (Manzanilla and Manzanilla Pasada) gives it a subtle but singular air of flor yeast.
