I THINK Manzanilla En Rama

Second release of "I think" Manzanilla En Rama which is, besides a humble homage to Charles Darwin as a symbol of the triumph of reason, a true and untamed manzanilla. Bottled after barely the slightest filtration process, it retains the intense golden color and pungent character it exhibits straight from the butts where it ages under flor for about four and a half years.  

Our aim is to expand the availability of real manzanilla to a larger number of people beyond a limited circle of connoisseurs, with the sincere hope that this little grain of sand will contribute to the wider knowledge (and hence appreciation) of traditional Andalusian wines—and especially the fascinating biological ageing styles—by wine lovers all over the world.

The "I think" Manzanilla En Rama, saca of April, 2012, is available only in the UK (through Rhone2Rioja), USA (through Spanish Wine Exclusives) and Australia (through Bibendum AU). A third of the whole production has been sent to each of these countries. Apart from a couple dozen units privately cellared by Equipo Navazos, no other bottle of this wine should be available wherever.
